Over the past 5 or so years, Hilbers Inc. has built from ground-up or remodeled almost 2 dozen Tower Markets in Northern California. A duel setup, in that they have gas islands which present their own kind of challenges, and a market. Some of the remodels have been open-store, maintaining sales while construction is going on.
