This very busy road in Concord CA now sports the newly completed AmPm Market with Arco gas and a Popeyes Restaurtant, by Hilbers Inc., a convenience store construction contractor. This was a Glenn Hilbers project. We have a thick portfolio of Gas Station / Convenience Store projects.

The AmPm brand is owned by BP America, Inc., a subsidiary of BP, which acquired its founding owner, Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), in 2000. AmPm markets are usually attached to an ARCO branded gas station. The first location opened in Southern California in 1978.
