Hilbers Inc. is the commercial general contractor of choice for the new Panda Express restaurant located in the greater Sacramento area, Natomas, CA. Hilbers has been a national restaurant general contractor since the early 1980’s and has completed many restaurant projects. Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR’s) are very difficult because of the short time frame for each project as well as not only a tight budget, but limited working space. Jarrett Stutler one of Hilbers newest employee’s secured the bid and owner/project manager Tom Jones will be making sure that it gets completed on time and under budget. Also in the field managing day to day construction is industry veteran Ed Owen.
