National Retail General Contractor, Hilbers Inc., concurrently constructed new neighborhood markets in Vallejo and Pleasanton CA. A full parking lot was a great indicator of things to come for Walmart‘s Neighborhood Market segment. Hilbers Inc. has been a leading general contractor for over 50 years, and has been a National Commercial General Contractor for many of those. 50 solid years of meeting and exceeding our clients expectations. Project Manager Mark Heaphy ran these projects with Dean Beamer as the Project Superintendent. The Vallejo market opened July 17 and brought with it 95 new jobs to the area.
