This project consists of the construction of a new one-story restaurant building featuring a drive-thru service lane and a covered awning to accommodate customer access and operations. The development includes comprehensive site improvements such as new landscaping, irrigation, pedestrian walkways, exterior lighting, utilities, and other supporting infrastructure. The scope also includes modifications to the existing parking lot, including reconfigured parking stalls, drive aisles, accessibility upgrades, and traffic circulation improvements to enhance vehicle flow and provide safe access throughout the site while integrating the new restaurant with the existing development.
