When we first started this company more than 50 years ago, we made a promise to build community value into every one of our projects – through exceptional customer service and quality construction. Another way we can give back to the communities is through the types of projects we choose to work on – and what could be a better way to bring value to a community than through the addition of fitness and health centers?!
To date, we’ve completed a large number of fitness center and gym construction projects across the United States – everything from the renovation of existing structures to building completely new structures from the ground up.

Crunch San Jose, CA – Grand Opening
In April, we celebrated the grand opening of a new Crunch Fitness Center location in San Jose, CA! This new 37,000 sq. ft. fitness facility is complete with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities – such as a new training area with indoor turn, cycling studio, pool, sauna, hot tub and more.
This is the fifth Crunch location in the greater Bay Area. As the premier builder for New Evolution Ventures (NEV), the family of gyms of which Crunch Fitness Centers are a part of. We’ve had the privilege to work on several other Crunch Fitness Center locations, and we look forward to working on many more!

49ers Fit in San Jose, CA – Grand Opening
Last year, we had the privilege of working on the new 49ers Fit center located in the heart of San Jose, CA. This project was located in the Oakridge Mall which meant we needed to navigate the renovation of an existing structure within the shopping center. Our dedicated team worked closely with the existing businesses in order to maintain a safe work area and avoid interrupting the flow of business.

Cowboys Fit in Dallas, TX – Men’s Showers
The Cowboys Fit in downtown Dallas offers a comprehensive fitness experience that includes many luxury amenities. Part of the amenities for members includes a stunning recovery lounge, a health and nutrition bar, a sauna, and showers. This facility offers an exceptional opportunity to provide a high quality fitness center to enhance the health of the community and increase their quality of life.
