Hilbers Inc executed a comprehensive tenant improvement (TI) project for a new 7-Eleven convenience store located within an existing one-story shell at River Oaks Marketplace in Sacramento. This scope included interior build-out and finish work tailored to 7-Eleven’s brand standards, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, all completed under a separate building permit. The project also featured the installation of two rapid electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, supporting sustainable transportation options and enhancing the site’s customer amenities. Hilbers Inc’s expertise ensured a seamless transformation of the existing shell into a fully operational, modern convenience store ready to serve the local community.
