Fresenius Kidney Center

Hilbers Inc delivered the ground-up construction of a new shell building followed by full tenant improvements to create the Fresenius Kidney Care Center in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The project began with the development of a modern, purpose-built structure designed to accommodate the specialized needs of a renal dialysis facility. Upon completion of the shell, Hilbers performed a full interior build-out, including dialysis treatment areas, nurse stations, administrative offices, and support spaces. All work was completed to meet stringent healthcare codes and Fresenius’s operational standards, with upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to support critical care functions. This project showcases Hilbers Inc’s comprehensive capabilities in delivering turnkey healthcare facilities from the ground up.
