Hilbers Inc proudly developed its new headquarters in Yuba City, featuring a 16,177 SF, one-story office building with comprehensive site work. The building includes 13,174 SF of full shell space, completed with tenant improvements tailored for modern office use, while the remaining 3,003 SF is delivered as a cold dark shell. Constructed with durable Butler buildings, the structure is wrapped in a metal stud exterior façade supported by conventional concrete foundations. The exterior design highlights a sophisticated blend of materials, including stone veneer, Nichiha panels, vertical corrugated metal siding, cement plaster, metal awnings, and aluminum storefronts, creating a contemporary and professional appearance. This project showcases Hilbers Inc’s commitment to quality construction and thoughtful architectural design in corporate environments.
