Homewood Suites 

Hilbers Inc completed comprehensive renovations at the Homewood Suites, including interior upgrades to 123 existing guestrooms—featuring new plumbing and lighting fixtures, updated furniture, and refreshed door hardware—along with extensive improvements to public areas such as the lobby, restrooms, meeting room, business center, laundry, corridors, elevator lobbies, fitness room, and treat shop to meet Hilton’s Product Improvement Plan standards. The project also includes exterior enhancements to the building façade, incorporating new paint and material upgrades, as well as improvements to the porte cochere, trash enclosure, site lighting, entry roof, and pool area, delivering a fully refreshed and brand-aligned guest experience.
