Maverik Truck Stop

Hilbers Inc partnered with Maverik to bring their newest location to life in Orland, California—strategically situated just off Interstate 5, mere yards from a major overpass, making it an ideal site for high-volume traveler access. This ground-up project included the construction of a full-service convenience store, twelve (12) fuel dispensing stations, a dedicated truck fueling bay, and a recreational vehicle (RV) dump station. In support of the increased traffic flow expected at the site, Hilbers Inc also managed significant off-site improvements, including a reconfiguration of a nearby intersection in coordination with CalTrans. Despite unforeseen challenges—including a vehicle incident during underground fuel tank installation—the project was delivered on time. Maverik is extremely pleased with the outcome, now offering an expansive, traveler-friendly location that supports their continued growth and enhances convenience for motorists and commercial drivers alike.
