Panda Express

This tenant improvement (TI) project transformed an existing building shell into a fully functioning Panda Express with a drive-thru in Ukiah, CA. The scope included installation of non-bearing partitions, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, and new floor and wall finishes. Key infrastructure upgrades featured lighting and plumbing fixtures, underground plumbing, gas piping, and new mechanical systems including exhaust fans, a make-up air unit, condenser, and a Type I kitchen hood. The project also incorporated a walk-in cooler and freezer to meet the brand's operational requirements.
