Specialty’s Cafe & Bakery

This interior tenant improvement (TI) project delivered a new Specialty’s Café & Bakery within the first floor of the Columbia Center building in downtown Seattle. The scope involved a complete interior build-out, including custom casework, finishes, and fixtures designed to reflect the brand’s upscale café atmosphere. Work included installation of partitions, commercial kitchen equipment, MEP systems, and integrated lighting to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, all completed within the constraints of a high-rise urban environment.
