UFC Gym

Hilbers Inc. completed the conversion of an existing 24 Hour Fitness health club into a UFC Gym facility within an existing building. The remodel encompassed approximately 30,874 square feet, including 18,805 square feet on the main level and 15,069 square feet on the lower level. The project included renovations to multiple exercise areas, administrative offices, entry and sales areas, and a dedicated kids’ area, along with new finishes throughout the locker rooms. All work was designed to comply with current ADA and accessibility requirements, with modifications made as necessary. Existing parking, site work, exterior building components, and disabled access routes remained unchanged, while exterior signage was provided under a separate permit.
