The first unit features a 2,260 SF Dunkin’ Donuts, complete with a drive-thru and an additional 810 SF storage area located on the second floor, designed to optimize operational efficiency and customer convenience. The adjacent 1,216 SF space is developed into a modern T-Mobile retail store, crafted to meet brand standards and local code requirements.
