Holiday Inn Express – Hollister, CA
Located near the coast in Hollister in Monterey County is the 4-story Holiday Inn Express. We built this 13,978 sq. ft. hotel from the ground up, complete with an indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center. Additional features include a snack bar/deli, a business center, 37 rooms, and free onsite parking!

Hampton Inn & Suites – Chico, CA
Located in stunning Chico alongside the Golden State Highway is the 4-story Hampton Inn & Suites. Our team built this 88,758 sq. ft. hotel from the ground up, complete with 148 rooms, an indoor pool, and electric vehicle chargers. The property is ideally located near miles of hiking and biking trails along Chico Creek and only a short drive to CSU Chico and downtown Chico.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Chico, CA
We had the pleasure of working on an additional project building a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites from the ground up in beautiful Chico, CA. Conveniently located off Highway 99, guests can enjoy close proximity to incredible hiking trails, brewery tours, and wine tasting throughout the Central Valley wine region and the scenic Sierra Nevada Mountains. This 56,000 sq. ft. hotel includes 93 rooms, an indoor pool, and a fitness center.
