Cracker Barrel – Sacramento, CA
Our extensive portfolio of work with franchise restaurants is one of the reasons Hilber’s was chosen to construct one of the first Cracker Barrel Restaurants in California! Our Project Manager, Glenn Hilbers, worked closely with Cracker Barrel to ensure their plan and design visions were carried out at this new location. By synthesizing proven design and building methods with the unique character of this franchise, Glenn and his team created a restaurant that is a beloved fixture in the community.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Lynnwood, WA
With 600+ locations throughout 45 States, we’ve had the privilege to build seven Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants throughout California and Washington. Led again by Glenn Hilbers, the team‘s expertise as a general contractor working on national chains allowed them to create this new Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Lynnwood, WA.

Cicada Cantina – Redding, CA
Cicada Cantina in Redding, CA, offers an innovative and modern twist on traditional Mexican cuisine, along with an enjoyable upbeat atmosphere and family-friendly dining at two locations in Northern California. We built their location in Redding, CA, and had a great time working to help develop a genuinely unique dining experience for this community!

Curry-Up Now – San Ramon, CA
Curry Up Now is one of the fastest-growing Indian restaurant chains globally, with locations throughout California, Utah, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey. We built their locations in San Ramon and San Jose. Curry Up Now serves up Indian street food in a fast-casual setting and serves delicious drinks at their Mortar & Pestle bar.
