24 Hour Fitness

Hilbers Inc. completed a strategic renovation for 24 Hour Fitness in Mililani, Hawaii, transforming existing amenities to better serve members’ evolving fitness needs. The project involved removal of the existing pool, spa, and associated equipment to create a new outdoor workout area, providing fresh and versatile training space. Additionally, the indoor steam room and dry sauna benches and equipment were removed and the areas were converted into functional storage rooms. This adaptive reuse project highlights Hilbers Inc.’s ability to deliver innovative solutions that optimize facility use while enhancing member experience.
