Hilbers Inc successfully completed comprehensive construction improvements at Carriage Square in Yuba City, California, transforming this well-known commercial center into a refreshed, modernized destination for both tenants and the surrounding community. The project included extensive site work and exterior façade upgrades, along with selective demolition, structural enhancements, and updated architectural finishes. Accessibility improvements, new lighting, updated walkways, and coordinated signage installations were also completed to enhance the overall customer experience and improve flow throughout the center. Hilbers Inc worked closely with ownership and design teams to ensure the revitalization respected the original character of the center while introducing modern design elements and functionality. Carriage Square is home to a diverse tenant mix including the Bank of Feather River, Sprint, Panda Express, The Habit Burger Grill, and Pieology. Our team coordinated phased construction activities to minimize disruption to ongoing business operations, ensuring each tenant’s space was integrated seamlessly within the overall site plan.
