Fulton & Hurley Shopping Center

Hilbers Inc. completed an extensive renovation and tenant improvement project at the Fulton and Hurley Shopping Center in Sacramento, CA, enhancing the property’s functionality and appeal for both tenants and visitors. A key component of the project was the custom interior build-out for 24 Hour Fitness, which included specialized fitness areas, locker rooms, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet the demands of a high-traffic athletic facility. In addition to the 24 Hour Fitness Tenant Improvement, Hilbers Inc. contributed to site improvements that modernized the shopping center’s infrastructure and aesthetics, reinforcing its position as a vibrant retail and service destination in the Arden-Arcade area.
