Wilco Farm Store

The Wilco Farm Store project in Petaluma, California, involved a full tenant improvement to transform an existing commercial space into a functional and branded retail environment tailored to Wilco’s operational needs. The scope included interior demolition, new partition walls, upgraded finishes, installation of specialty retail fixtures, and integration of custom pallet racking systems. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were modified and upgraded to accommodate the new layout and improve energy efficiency. Lighting systems were enhanced to support both retail display and customer comfort, while back-of-house areas such as offices, restrooms, and storage spaces were built out to meet Wilco’s standards.
