Crunch Fitness

Hilbers Inc. managed the expansion of the existing 17,173-square-foot Crunch Fitness facility in Elk Grove, California, by incorporating the adjacent 3,636-square-foot retail space. This project involved selective demolition, structural modifications, and seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to unify the two spaces. Interior improvements included new flooring, lighting, finishes, and fitness-specific build-outs to accommodate expanded workout areas and member amenities. The expansion enhanced the overall functionality and capacity of the gym, allowing for improved flow and a better experience for members. Hilbers Inc. delivered the project with precision, aligning with Crunch Fitness’s brand and operational goals.
