Crunch Fitness

Hilbers Inc. completed a 25,489-square-foot tenant improvement of an existing retail space to create a modern health club facility. The scope of work included interior renovations to accommodate fitness operations, along with exterior improvements consisting of internally illuminated signage to enhance visibility and branding. The project was executed to support the functional, operational, and aesthetic needs of the health club while integrating seamlessly within the existing retail environment.
