Crunch Fitness

Hilbers Inc. completed the tenant improvement of a new Crunch Fitness location, delivering a fully built-out fitness facility equipped with locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and wellness amenities such as tanning and hydromassage areas. The scope of work included the installation and coordination of all associated HVAC distribution, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure to support the gym’s operations. Exterior enhancements included the replacement of the main entrance and the removal and infill of an existing roll-up door, contributing to a refreshed and functional exterior.
