The Hampton Inn & Suites project in Yuba City, CA, features a significant renovation and expansion of the existing hotel, including a 28,000-square-foot addition with 50 new guest rooms. The scope also includes exterior upgrades to the building façade with updated paint and materials to meet brand specifications, along with a full remodel of the porte cochere to enhance curb appeal and guest arrival experience. Interior improvements include the renovation of the existing fitness room and Suite Shop, bringing refreshed functionality and design to key guest amenities. This project reflects our ability to seamlessly integrate new construction with renovation work while maintaining brand consistency and elevating the overall guest experience.
