Hampton Inn & Suites

Hilbers Inc completed a comprehensive renovation of the Hampton Inn & Suites, including interior upgrades to 100 existing guestrooms with new plumbing and lighting fixtures, updated furniture, and refreshed door hardware. The project also encompassed full modernization of public areas—such as the lobby, restrooms, meeting room, business center, laundry, corridors, elevator lobbies, fitness room, and treat shop—to meet Hilton’s Product Improvement Plan standards. Exterior enhancements included updates to the building façade with new paint and materials, as well as improvements to the porte cochere, trash enclosure, site lighting, entry roof, and pool area, resulting in a refreshed and fully brand-compliant guest experience.
