The Holiday Inn Express project in Hollister, CA, features the new construction of a four-story wood-framed structure with a wood truss roof, designed to serve as a modern, full-service hotel. The building is fully equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system, smoke detectors, and alarms to ensure safety and code compliance. Intended for transitory lodging, the hotel includes guest rooms, a registration area, employee support spaces, laundry facilities, meeting rooms, and dedicated electrical and mechanical rooms. A highlight of the first floor is an indoor swimming pool, offering guests additional comfort and amenities. This project showcases our ability to deliver safe, functional, and hospitality-focused construction tailored to brand standards and guest expectations.
