Manteca Storage

The project consists of the construction of a new 2,522-square-foot self-storage office building designed to support the operation and management of the self-storage facility. The building will provide administrative office space, customer service and leasing areas, employee workspaces, restrooms, and associated support functions. Construction includes the building structure, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, site utilities, and all related improvements necessary for a complete and operational facility.
