Hilbers Inc successfully completed the Pioneer Self Storage II project in Woodland, California, in two phases, delivering a modern and functional storage facility that includes a two-story manager’s office and residence for on-site management, a single-story partially conditioned mini-storage building designed for climate-sensitive storage needs, and an additional unconditioned single-story storage building to maximize capacity. The project also encompassed extensive site infrastructure work, including grading, paving, drainage, and utility installation, ensuring seamless accessibility and operation. To meet safety and regulatory standards, the facility was equipped with a fully integrated fire alarm system and automatic sprinklers, providing robust fire protection throughout the site. This comprehensive development reflects Hilbers Inc’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer-focused design tailored to the Woodland community’s growing storage demands.
