Public Works & Golf Maintenance Facility

Design-Build project to help Lake Wildwood Association modernize its existing facilities and enhance the amenities available to its member residents. The project included demolition of existing facility buildings and the design and construction of a new administrative office building, enclosed storage building, wash canopy, and covered storage area. Additional improvements included resurfacing trails, parking lots, and other access areas, along with upgrades to the utility infrastructure. Through a coordinated design and construction process, the project revitalized the Association’s facilities to better support community operations, events, and activities.
