Hilbers Inc successfully executed the site development and construction of a new building shell for the future Smart & Final store in Auburn, CA, laying the groundwork for a high-quality retail grocery destination. In addition to the shell construction, Hilbers Inc managed the tenant improvement of an existing shell building, transforming it into a fully functional Smart & Final retail grocery store. The scope involved careful planning and execution of interior renovations, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection upgrades, tailored to meet Smart & Final’s operational needs and branding standards.
