The facility features a distinctive dual-pitched shed roof, which not only enhances the building’s architectural character but also supports efficient water drainage and durability. The front façade is anchored by a prominent masonry wall that adds texture and visual interest, creating a welcoming entrance for customers. Flanking the central metal-sheathed entry tower are ancillary metal shed canopies that provide sheltered access and enhance the building’s overall symmetry and design balance. In addition to the main structure, Hilbers Inc developed an expansive outdoor sales area along the front flatwork, thoughtfully designed to accommodate seasonal products and bulk merchandise, thereby expanding the retail footprint and customer engagement opportunities.
