Hilbers Inc undertook tenant improvements within an existing building in Hayward, CA, to accommodate a new Sprouts Farmers Market retail grocery store as part of a larger subdivision creating four separate tenant spaces. The scope included a comprehensive interior build-out featuring new walls, ceilings, flooring, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems specifically designed to support the operational needs of Sprouts.
