Hilbers Inc completed the ground-up construction of a new 17,000-square-foot Grocery Outlet retail building in Truckee, CA, designed to serve the growing needs of the community with a modern, efficient grocery shopping environment. The project also included the addition of a 900-square-foot family structure, providing flexible space to support various store functions or community activities. From site preparation through final construction, Hilbers Inc oversaw all phases, including architectural design, structural engineering, and full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems integration, ensuring the building met rigorous performance, sustainability, and code compliance standards. This new facility combines functionality and welcoming aesthetics, creating a convenient and attractive destination that supports Grocery Outlet’s commitment to value and quality for its customers in the Truckee area.
